The Crescent Beach, White Rock and South Surrey Area
Located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland, the Crescent Beach, White Rock and South Surrey area is a charming and very active peninsula / seaside community. Our community offers everything a big city setting offers, shopping centers and malls, grocery stores, a first class hospital and medical services, transportation, restaurants, physical fitness centers, lesiure activities, movie theatres, etc., without losing it's people and community first attitude.
Commercial and residential property intermingle throughout White Rock's Town Center as well as along it's desired waterfront. Housing ranges from the single family home to million dollar estates and multiple family homes, townhomes and condos. City property values and real estate desirablitly consistently increase due to the mild climate, beautiful setting and extensive amenities White Rock has to offer.
South Surrey is just 40km from Vancouver and nestled against the Canada/U.S. border.
